Due to the nature of our services, digital content, and made-to-order products, refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed. Each reading, product, and creative item is prepared with care, intention, and energetic integrity. All sales are considered final.
If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement. By completing a purchase through Love Frequency®, you agree to these terms and understand that energetic and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
